1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your use of this website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Products

The House of Kakke specialises in:

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Due to photography, lighting, handcrafted manufacturing, and screen settings, slight variations in colour, size, finish, or appearance may occur.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

The House of Kakke reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

5. Payments

Payment must be received in full before ready-to-ship items are dispatched.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

6. Custom Orders & Deposit Policy

All custom, bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins.

Production will commence only after the deposit has been received.

If you cancel your custom order after production has commenced, your 50% deposit will be forfeited to cover design, labour, materials, and production costs already incurred.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped or collected.

Custom-made, personalised, engraved, resized, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind once production has commenced, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Requests for design changes after production has begun may incur additional charges and may extend the production timeframe.

7. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

The House of Kakke is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in our policies excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Product Care

Jewellery should be handled with care.

Damage resulting from:

  • Accidents
  • Improper storage
  • Chemicals
  • Water exposure
  • Misuse
  • Normal wear and tear

is not considered a manufacturing fault.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Videos
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Graphics
  • Product descriptions
  • Text
  • Designs

is the exclusive intellectual property of The House of Kakke.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used without our prior written permission.
